SLB De'Vondre Campbell, who is making the move to strong-side linebacker, had a spectacular one-handed interception. "Dre is really somebody that has stood out to us in this training camp so far," Falcons head coach Dan Quinn said.

WR Marvin Hall, who has spent time with the Raiders and Cardinals, stood out among the crowded backup wide receiver group. He had a nice 26-yard punt return, downed a punt and caught three passes for 23 yards. He also had a fumble on a kickoff return. "I have to cover the ball better," Hall said. "The ball is everything. I wasn't holding it like I should have. Next time I just have to make sure that I'm securing it."

CB Jalen Collins, who was suspended for the first 10 games of the season, had a horrible outing in the exhibition opener. He was beaten for several deep passes including a 99-yard touchdown.

DE Jack Crawford (groin injury) is expected back at practice on Sunday.

WR Julio Jones warmed up and looked fine running, stopping and cutting on several routes.

WR Mohamed Sanu had a spectacular catch against the Dolphins.

SS Sharrod Neasman started for Keanu Neal at strong safety. He had a key tackle on third down of the opening possession.
