FS Tre Boston prevailed over Dwight Lowery, a starter last year, in one of the most spirited camp battles. He's slowly having more of an impact and he proved it in the win over the Giants when his first interception with the Chargers sealed the team's first win. Boston has started all five games and is the only Charger to have played all 339 defensive snaps. Along with his pick, he has 25 tackles (21 solo) and two passes defensed.

RB Melvin Gordon is coming off his first 100-yard rushing game of the year. He also added two scoring receptions as he hopes to build on his best game of the season. "You could tell he was getting into a rhythm," quarterback Philip Rivers said. "It's still early as far as where it all ends up."

WR Mike Williams (back) was limited in practice as he continues to increase his load. He's yet to go through an entire practice.
